Colonel Riccoh Player is a decorated Marine (retired) with media and music in his heart.  He has extensive operational and tactical experience in multiple combat tours spanning more than three decades, including Operations: Desert Shield, Desert Storm, Shining Hope, Iraqi Freedom and Enduring Freedom, Afghanistan.

Riccoh and Spencer became professional colleagues when Spencer and Doc McGhee produced the most attended and acclaimed music concert on behalf of the troops serving in the U.S. Marine Corps and Navy at Camp Pendleton in 2005.  Quincy Jones served as an Executive Producer of ROCKIN’ THE CORPS, headlined by Beyonce/Destiny’s Child and KISS, hosted by Cedric The Entertainer, and featured talent ranging from Darius Rucker with Hootie & The Blowfish to rapper Ja Rule and comedians Louie Anderson and Jay Mohr. Riccoh managed all media aboard the base where 44,000 attended at Camp Pendleton, Oceanside, CA.

Riccoh served as the Marine Corps Press Secretary in the Pentagon, the Public Affairs Officer to Secretary of Defense; Chicago Tribune National Fellow; Legislative Fellow, Oversight and Investigation Committee; Chief of Staff, Force Headquarters Group, Marine Forces Reserve.

In addition to Riccoh’s loyalty and commitment to serve our country, he is also an Emmy winning documentary filmmaker and author with a demonstrated history of working with Congress, the Department of Defense, NATO, national news agencies and the entertainment industry.
