Marc Tanner's 25 year career in the music field has included selling over 60 million records worldwide as a writer/Producer and working with many top worldwide stars such as Madonna to Aerosmith, U2 to Paul McCartney, Snoop Dogg, Sean Colvin and The Calling. Marc has been responsible for breaking a number of emerging artists on both the domestic and international stages.

Marc Tanner has contributed his talent to over 100 films as a writer/producer composer/soundtrack producer, Exec Producer. He has been nominated and nominated and won multiple industry awards ranging from, L.A. Times Best New Artist to ASCAP #1 Pop song writer and publisher award, a Golden Globe Nomination (“My Best Friend’s Wedding Soundtrack), Oscar and Grammy nomination (“Armageddon” soundtrack), BMI Film music awards, to a Billboard Magazine Top Ten Producer award.

Marc was named 21st most successful producer of the decade (2000-2010) and his song, Wherever You Will Go, by The Calling was the 8th most successful air play and sales song of the decade. (2000-2010) in Rolling Stone magazine.

Tanner currently is a media and music consultant for numerous multi national companies, including Meteor 17 (given his long term friendship and professional relationship to Spencer Proffer). Included are film studios, corporate and branding clients, fashion companies, Broadway show producers, and animation companies.
